TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 13 and Art. 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter also referred to as the "Regulation") and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, we inform you that the personal data you have voluntarily made available to TopHat.games will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation.
Data Controller. Tiopi srl, with registered office in Ravenna, via F. Lanciani 43, as Data Controller, informs data subjects about the purposes and methods of processing the personal data collected, their scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of their provision. Personal data processed. The personal data subject to processing relate to: identification data (name, surname, company or business name, address, telephone, fax, e-mail, tax data, etc.); data relating to economic and commercial activity (solvency, reliability, banking and accounting data, etc.).
This data is provided by you directly or may be collected from third-party independent data controllers (for example, state and para-state bodies, supervisory authorities, agencies, etc.).
Purpose of processing. The processing is carried out for the following purposes: User Data is collected to allow the Controller to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Commenting on content, Statistics, Interaction with social networks and external platforms, and Contacting the User.
Processing methods. The processing will be carried out in automated and/or manual form, in compliance with the provisions of Art. 32 of GDPR 2016/679 and Annex B of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Arts. 33-36 of the Code) regarding security measures, by specifically appointed subjects and in compliance with the provisions of Art. 29 GDPR 2016/679. We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization, pursuant to Art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed.
Scope of data circulation. The data may be used by personnel of Tiopi srl who have been assigned a specific role and have been given appropriate operational instructions, as well as by third-party companies that carry out instrumental activities on behalf of the Controller; these latter act as external data processors and under the direction and control of the Controller. Data communication. Furthermore, the data may also be communicated to other companies with which there are specific agreements due to shared processing purposes, for administrative and accounting purposes and may be used by them for the same purposes, to public bodies for legal compliance, as well as to third parties and companies, such as banks, credit institutions, and companies closely connected to credit collection, legal and sector consultants, auditors, credit recovery, administration and contractual consultancy, couriers, marketing companies. The indicated third parties will act as independent data controllers.

Transfer of data abroad. Your data will not be transferred to either Member States of the European Union or to third countries outside the European Union.
Data retention period. The data will be kept for the duration of the entire contractual relationship and in any case until the end of the statutory and legal limitation period in compliance with rights and in fulfillment of the resulting obligations.
Data subject rights. We inform you that at any time regarding your data, you may exercise the rights provided within the limits and under the conditions set out in Arts. 7 and 15-22 of the Regulation. To exercise these rights, described below, please contact the Data Processing Manager at the email address info@tophat.games; an appropriate response will be provided to such a request according to the timeframes provided by the GDPR. In detail, the data subject has the right to: revoke previously given consent, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent before revocation; request from the data controller access, rectification or deletion (so-called "right to be forgotten") of personal data or restriction of the processing of personal data concerning them or to object to their processing;
obtain data portability; lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if they believe their rights have been violated.
